RDG is a former SBA-certified 8(a) company and was awarded GSA’s STARS II GWAC contract in July 2017.
Under contract with the U.S. Department of Homeland Security we operate and manage a nationwide emergency management and emergency communications program that is the vital link between federal law enforcement personnel and federal security personnel at various facilities around the country.
In order to provide these critical services effectively and efficiently, on a nationwide basis, we must also operate and maintain the supportive administrative, information technology and communications infrastructure. We do this with a complement of over two-hundred seventy-five (275) highly-trained and highly-skilled professionals.
We offer these services to other federal agencies, state and local governmental agencies and private organizations in need of professionally-managed emergency management and emergency communications services.
RDG was recently awarded the STARS II GWAC contract. STARS II is a Government-wide Acquisition Contract that is pre-competed, multiple-award, indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity that can be used by federal agencies to buy total IT solutions. In order to be awarded this contracted we underwent a rigorous and protracted process of capability and price evaluation.The IT services we provide include:
Under contract with the U.S. Department of Interior and U.S. Air Force, RDG has provided professional, administrative and medical support services. Support Services - RDG provided management, supervision and staffing for accounting and administrative services to DOI’s Interior Business Center that including the supervision of more than fifty (50) staff members. Our tasks included:
Medical Coding - Our medical coding services for the U.S. Air Force – Warren AFB, included providing subject matters experts in medical coding who trained, provided guidance and quality control to U.S. Air Force hospital healthcare providers and staff.
Proposal / Contract Development – Ensuring that ‘all’ solicitation requirements are met, including addressing the required technical components. We pay close attention to all RFP details. Review and evaluation of our proposals (by a prospective client) is a pragmatic process. Our proposal development process, however, is not exclusively related to ensuring that all the ‘boxes’ have been checked. We pay close attention to presentation, syntax, grammar, cogency, coherence and a short discussion that demonstrates our understanding of the client’s needs.
We have developed a special niche in the area of GSA’s Schedule contracts. In our 20 years +, history of GSA Schedule proposal development, not one proposal has ever been rejected.
