Security and Emergency Management Services:
Resource Development Group is a Vietnam-era Veteran-owned small business specializing in providing organizational development and professional management services across various disciplines, including IT management services, emergency management services, and organizational security services, along with comprehensive administrative support services. RDG is a former SBA-certified 8(a) company and was awarded GSA’s STARS II GWAC contract in July 2017.
Information Technology Services:
RDG was recently awarded the STARS II GWAC contract. STARS II is a Government-wide Acquisition Contract that is pre-competed, multiple-award, indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity that can be utilized by federal agencies to procure total IT solutions. To achieve this contract, we underwent a rigorous and protracted process of capability and price evaluation. Our IT management services include: Systems Administration and Support, Network Systems Implementation and Management, Database Administration, Systems & Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, Integration and Implementation, Help Desk and User Support, Enterprise Engineering / Reengineering and Performance Analysis, External Security, and IT – Communications Integration. Additionally, we provide comprehensive administrative support services and emergency management services to meet the diverse needs of our clients.
Professional & Administrative Support Services:
Under contract with the U.S. Department of Interior and U.S. Air Force, RDG has provided professional administrative support services, including medical and management support. Our support services encompassed management, supervision, and staffing for accounting and administrative services to DOI’s Interior Business Center, which included overseeing more than fifty (50) staff members. Our tasks included:

- Administrative Support to the Division Chief of Accounting Operations

- Reports and Analyses
- IT Systems Data Input / Verification

In addition to administrative support services, our medical coding expertise for the U.S. Air Force – Warren AFB, involved providing subject matter experts in medical coding who trained, guided, and ensured quality control for U.S. Air Force hospital healthcare providers and staff.
